Thousands welcome Joho in Kisumu

Outspoken Mombasa Governor Hassan Ali Joho was accorded a heroic reception in Kisumu at the busy Kondele roundabout on Thursday, April 26, when thousands of residents heard he was around. Joho who had just landed in the Lakeside City from Kakamega, was joined by Kisumu County Deputy Governor Ochieng Owili when thousands of enthusiatic opposition supporters scrambled to catch a glimpse of the flamboyant governor.

Word went round the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) deputy party leader would pass by in the morning after attending the Fifth Devolution Conference in Kakamega County.
